What Trax Solo is
Trax Solo is a local crew journal for iPhone. There is no account and no Trax server. This is not Trax Field.

Reading this policy means you are visiting caribscript.com. That website uses Google Analytics, as described in the Caribscript website privacy policy. The Trax Solo app does not use Analytics and does not send journal data to Caribscript.
What stays on this iPhone
The journal stays on the phone you use:
- Your name, helpers, jobs, time, expenses, photos, and daily logs
- Optional location stamps when you start or stop a timer
- A contact you choose to import (not your whole address book)
Face ID and files
Face ID or the device passcode only hides the app screen. Files use standard iOS protection until the phone is first unlocked.
What can appear outside the app
Widgets and Live Activities can show a running timer on the Lock Screen or Home Screen. You can hide names and elapsed time there. Notifications can name a worker and a job. Spotlight can show job names you create.
iCloud backup
If you turn on iCloud backup, Trax Solo writes a zip of the journal to your iCloud Drive. That zip can include names, phones, emails, hourly rates, GPS stamps, and photos. Apple stores it on your Apple ID. Trax Solo does not run a server. Face ID does not protect the iCloud copy.
Erasing the journal or deleting the app removes data on this phone. It does not delete the iCloud zip unless you remove it in Files or turn off iCloud for Trax Solo.
Export
You can also save a zip to Files or send one from More. Anyone you share a zip with can read it.
A client job pack (Send update) includes hours, expenses, materials, and optional photos. It does not include hourly rates. Payroll CSV does.
Delete
You can erase the journal in More. Deleting the app also removes local data.
Age
Trax Solo is intended for people 17 and older.
